Hire Agreement and Disclaimer for Bouncy Castles

1. We will not setup inflatables in wind speeds over 24 mph. We will contact you beforehand and possibly cancel if we believe it to be dangerous to setup.

2. All deposits are non refundable.

3. Hire Agreements must be signed by the person who has booked with us.

4. H&S assessment will be carried out when setup and also when collected.

5. The castles that have been booked are the ones that will be supplied, you must specify if you want an Adult castle or Children's as most our castles have an age limit of 12 years of age.

6. A responsible adult must supervise children at all times whilst on the inflatable.

7. No one must be allowed on the castle when inflating or deflating.

8.No one is allowed to climb or hang on the inflatable walls.

9.The front step of the castle must not be jumped on, this is for safety reasons and must be used just to climb on or off the inflatable.

10. Ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded. Try to avoid small and large children using the inflatable at the same time.

11.No Shoes, Bags, Jewelry or spectacles allowed on any of our castles for safety and to ensure no damage is caused to the inflatables.

12. No food or drinks to be consumed whilst on the inflatable to avoid both mess and possibility of choking.

13. No silly string or party poppers to be used either on or near the Bouncy Castle, anything that needs excessive cleaning you will be liable for a bill for either cleaning or repair/replacement of panels affected.

14. NO FACE PAINTS can be used on any of our inflatables

15.No BBQ's or fire to be allowed near the inflatables, any damage caused will be billed to the hirer.

16. No pets to be allowed on the inflatable.

17. If there is heavy rain, we strongly recommend switching the inflatable off and leaving it until is stops raining heavily, if deflated again please wipe the castle to avoid injury to children.

18. Never switch the blower on and off whilst the inflatable is in use.

19. If for any reason the inflatable fails then please evacuate immediately and Contact us

20. If the castle is extremely dirty or damaged on collection then the hirer will be liable for costs incurred to fix this.

21. Castles must not be moved form where they are anchored or placed on setup, doing so will cause damage and may lead to children being hurt.

22. ALCOHOL MUST NOT BE CONSUMED ON THE CASTLE AND ANYONE WHO HAS CONSUMED IT MUST NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE INFLATABLE.
