I saw their obstacle course post on FB and sent them a message. They were very responsive via messenger and helpful as we needed to make sure what we were hiring will fit our garden.

on the day, they sent a message in the morning and they arrived on time to set everything up. Before they left us to enjoy the bouncy castle they gave us a sheet of Dos and Donts and went around the obstacle course with my husband talking us through safety pointers and some tips.

At collection time, they sent a message half an hour before they arrived and dismantled quietly.

Very professional and very easy to deal with.

Booked “M-Y Party Bits” for my nieces 1st Birthday Party, It Was All A Last Minute Preparation However Atif & His Team Was Extremely Nice, Friendly & Professional, Atif Tailored A Package As To What I Needed Also Within My Budget, I Got A Dance & Bounce Bouncy Castle, Ball pit, Connect 4, Candy Floss Cart Along With The LED Chocolate Fountain & Two Mascots Minnie & Mickey Mouse Along With A Unicorn Mascot. The Team Was Very Punctual With The Time Given, Set Up With A Good Layout, Explained How Each Equipment Is Used & Also Had The Kids Helping Clean At The End Which Was Something I Wouldn’t Of Managed. Lol! Atif & His Team Definitely Have Good Customer Service & Interaction With The Children. The Chocolate & Candy Floss Was Definitely Good Quality & Really Easy To Use.. The Bouncy Castle Was Big Enough For The Adults To Let They Hair Down & Have Some Fun. Will Definitely Book Again For The Rest Of My Events.. We hired Disco castle with side slide absolutely brilliant. We were very impressed. My party bits arrived on time, set it all up for us and explained all the health and safety guidelines to us. The children absolutely loved the bouncy castle and it made my daughters birthday party run so smoothly. The castle was in great condition and the kids had an amazing time on it. brilliant price alot cheaper than other companies locally. i hired two bouncy castles one blue, one pink and a connect 4 game i paid less for all that than i did for one bouncy castle last year. great choice for a party they delivered and set up on time. highly recommend I will definately be using this company again, thank you

Booked a bouncy castle from M-Y Party Bits last minute on a Sunday as someone else let me down and they came up with the goods. Excellent customer service, kept me informed of when they were arriving, gave a full demonstration and run through all the Health and Safety aspects. 5 star service. would definitely recommend.

M-Y Party Bits came through for me right at the last minute. They were very quick & professional with responses to answer any questions that I had. I mentioned that the Bouncy Castle was for my boy/girls twins and they also gave me a Minnie Mouse Mascot costume for the day, which the kids loved.
On the day of the party they kept me up to date with timings before they arrived, so at least I didn’t have to worry. When they arrived it was set up within 10-15 mins and the kids could go straight onto it. They covered all safety aspects. Overall I would highly recommend M-Y Party Bits. Thanks for making my children’s day extra special ☺️

M-Y Party Bits supplied a slush machine for our kids event at Ticketmaster Manchester and the service was fantastic! The machine arrived in good time, was quick and easy to set up and we were left with plenty of supplies so we wouldn't run out! Highly recommend! Thank you! :)

We booked M-y Party Bits for an event in store where we had hired the candy floss machine. We we're delighted with Atif's outstanding customer service, his integration into the store and the overall politeness of service. We we're also blown away at the fact Atif was fasting as part of his religious beliefs and celebrations yet this didn't stop him giving a great experience to all the customers. The candy floss machine was clean, all the equipment used was neat and tidy. We definitely recommend M-Y party bits for your party supplies and we'll be looking at hiring them again in the future! Fantastic Service, they came on time, first thing in the morning, set everything up, I was happy with the popcorn machine, chocolate fountain and castles. I cannot stress how wonderful the service was, 100 percent recommend the fountain and the deals they have on, prices cannot be beaten in the Manchester area!!!

Hired a Bouncy castle and candyfloss machine from M-Y Party Bits and they were brilliant from the start to finish. Arrived early, set everything up and even gave a walk through of how to use everything. The kids loved what we hired and the floss machine was a hit. Having used other companies over the years I know now who I will be booking with every time.
